How it works

1. Send your idea
   
   Use the contact form, email, or message us on social media. Tell us what you’re looking for, even if it’s rough or half-formed. Referencing an existing product or map style is always helpful.

We talk options
You’ll hear back with what’s possible, suggested materials, size options, colours, finishes, and any design considerations. For map lights, this includes layout, detail level, and lighting style.

Design & approval
For custom work and map light requests, we’ll finalise the details before production. You’ll know exactly what’s being made and what it will look like in concept.

Production
Once approved, your piece goes into production. Everything is made in-house using quality materials, with care taken at each stage of printing, finishing, and assembly.

Finishing & dispatch
When complete, your order is carefully packed and sent out. You’ll be kept in the loop if anything changes along the way.
